To ensure long-lasting durability, non-magnetic M2 board surfaces are applied to a quarter-inch thick hardboard backing, which is then enclosed within a satin-finished, anodized aluminum frame. For added convenience, M2 boards also include a detachable Smart-Pak board-accessories tray with protective end caps. Large-format M2 board surfaces are shipped in two piecessimply use the included joiner strip, which gives the illusion of one seamless board surface, before mounting.
